The Dealer Account Executive - West is reporting to the Manager, B2B Sales, and is responsible for driving sales and business growth through strong partnerships with wholesale dealer partners. This role is accountable for achieving revenue targets, expanding Canon’s market share, and ensuring dealer success in an evolving B2B landscape. Key Responsibilities Drive Dealer Business Growth: Owning quota and executing strategic account plans to hit revenue and sales targets. Strategic Account Management: Building strong partnerships with dealer leadership to identify growth opportunities and track success. Partner Enablement & Training: Motivate and train external dealer sales teams on Canon's portfolio to keep our products top-of-mind and drive end-user sales. Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain a clear, accurate pipeline with timely forecasts to support business planning. Program Execution: Implement Canon programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives, and measure effectiveness. Day-to-Day Dealer Support: Be the go-to partner for dealers, solving challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly. To Succeed, You Will Need A Minimum of 3 years of channel sales or account management experience. Strong time management to balance product inquiries and sales requests Analytical skills for forecasting and data tracking Project Management abilities to navigate the sales cycle and follow up with dealer partners Proficiency in Excel for data management and the ability to create and edit presentations in PowerPoint Basic experience with Salesforce and CRM systems Knowledge of B2B hardware, and print technology (e.g. Multi-Function Printers, Large Format Printers) Why Join? HYBRID WORK This role is an outside face-to-face sales role. You will be in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays each week, unless required to be at a customer's location. Sales is expected to maximize their time at customer locations and the remaining time, you will be able to work from a home workspace. When not in the field and working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Our compensation policies and practices have been designed to allow colleagues to progress through the salary range over time as they progress in their role. The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. On Target Earnings (OTE) $100,000-127,000 annually (uncapped commission).
