Canterbury is seeking a highly motivated Roaster to support the Manufacturing team at our Richmond branch as a full-time, permanent member of the team. As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll be at the heart of our production process - responsible for safely and efficiently operating our large-scale roasting equipment and systems to meet daily production goals while upholding the highest quality and food safety standards. The Coffee Roaster will operate large-scale roasting equipment and systems to meet daily production goals while ensuring quality and food safety standards. The role involves monitoring equipment performance and collaborating with the team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

A high school education or GED is required, along with mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment considered an asset. Forklift certification and knowledge of food safety programs are also advantageous.
