As a key member of the Finance team, the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to enhance profitability and operational efficiency across the organization. This role is instrumental in driving cost management, pricing strategies, and margin optimization across multiple revenue channels. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business, helping them understand the “story behind the numbers” and empowering better, more efficient decision-making. What You’ll Do Financial Planning & Forecasting * Lead the organization’s forecasting framework, including models, assumptions, and processes * Develop short- and long-term financial models and scenario analyses * Establish forecasting cadence and lead the annual budgeting process * Deliver clear, forward-looking insights to support business growth Leadership & Business Partnership * Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team * Provide insights on cost management, inventory, and profitability * Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations Reporting & Performance Insights * Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track KPIs * Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with variance analysis * Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making Process Improvement & Systems * Enhance FP&A processes using ERP and BI tools * Standardize reporting and improve data accuracy and efficiency * Partner cross-functionally to implement system and process improvements Risk & Compliance * Maintain strong financial controls and support audit requirements You’ll Bring * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field * 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in manufacturing, food & beverage, or consumer goods * CPA designation or Master’s degree is considered an asset * A deep understanding of cost accounting, standard costing, and supply chain finance * Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics AX) * A strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex information * Excellent communication and collaboration skills We Offer: * The opportunity to build and shape a high-impact FP&A function * Work in a fun, collaborative, values-driven environment where your voice is heard * A competitive compensation and benefits package * Eligibility to participate in our Group Benefits Program * 4 weeks of vacation to start * Participation in our Vacation Purchase Program * One paid Volunteer Day each year * Employee pricing on our product line-up * Free, on-site parking * On site gym access Applications are welcomed from all individuals, including women, Indigenous people, persons with disabilities, visible minorities, people of all sexual orientations and gender identities, and others who may contribute to the further diversification of our company.
