We are now inviting enthusiastic, passionate individuals to join our event staff team and be part of the excitement during Canucks games, Warriors games, and concerts at Rogers Arena. We can’t wait to meet you! POSITION SUMMARY: Alcohol Hawkers carry trays of alcoholic beverages around the concourse and into the bowl, providing efficient and friendly alcohol service to our guests. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position. A typical shift includes: * Providing premium level quick service carrying trays of alcoholic beverages throughout the concourse area and into the bowl * Offering up-beat, energetic sales to guests * Other duties as required REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS * Must be at least 19 years of age * Must be able to work Vancouver Canucks and Vancouver Warrior games, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:30pm * Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. * Must be able to safely carry beverage trays and walk throughout the venue, including up and down stairs, for extended periods. * Completion of Serving it Right Certificate * Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries * Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience CLAC, LOCAL 501 BARGAINING UNIT POSITION
