Introduction Caoutchoucs et Plastiques Falpaco Inc. is a well-established manufacturing company specializing in custom plastic and rubber injection molding. Falpaco is currently seeking a Material Handler/Receiving and Shipping Clerk. Job Summary Review and interpret work instructions. Understand and execute tasks written in the work instruction booklet. Ensure the machine is supplied with raw materials. Start operations on time and maximize production time. Operate and supervise rubber or plastic molding machines. Deburr produced parts (if necessary), assemble, inspect, and package them. Granulate rejected parts (if necessary) using the granulator. Clean and maintain the work area according to established standards. Suggest improvements to production methods. work Skills Ability to read and write French Ability to count Experience in the plastics and rubber industry is an asset Details / Additional Information / Company Values The maximum salary for a day laborer who has acquired all the skills is $30.57/hr. Each employee is assigned their own personalized career objective to acquire the desired skills. The starting salary is $16.00 for the day shift. Premium for each skill acquired. Evening and night shift premium. Attendance bonus. Plan Group insurance after 3 months of service.
