VFX project manager

*About CAPCRETE* CAPCRETE Group is a growing specialty contractor providing concrete restoration, structural rehabilitation, waterproofing, slab lifting, and specialty construction services throughout Ontario. We are looking for an experienced *Project Manager* to join our team. *Concrete construction or concrete restoration experience is mandatory.* *Responsibilities* · Manage projects from award to completion. · Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials. · Prepare project schedules and monitor progress. · Review drawings, specifications, and contracts. · Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control. · Conduct site visits and ensure quality and safety compliance. · Coordinate RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation. · Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships. *Qualifications* *Required* · Minimum *3 years of Project Management experience* in concrete construction. · Experience managing commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure projects. · Strong knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, and structural rehabilitation. · Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. · Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. · Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License. *Assets* · Civil Engineering or Construction Management background. · Gold Seal or PMP Certification. · Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, or Bluebeam. Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
