SENIOR CNC ENGINEER (MANUFACTURING) Kempas plant Job Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis milling & turning machines. Suggest efficient jig and tooling designs to improve productivity and reduce cycle time. Set up CNC machines and ensure precision machining within required tolerances. Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and project milestones. Conduct first-off inspections and ensure quality standards are met. Supervise, guide, and train junior CNC machinists/programmers. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, TS16949 & ISO 14001 standards. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC programming and machining. Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks, etc.). Hands-on experience with CNC 3-axis & 5-axis milling/turning. Familiarity with aluminum alloys, stainless steel, brass, nylon, and Teflon. Experience in regulated industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Medical) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
