Identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities. Design and optimize Salesforce and nCino data models. Lead data migration and data quality initiatives. Salesforce & nCino Development Develop and configure solutions on Salesforce and nCino platforms. Build custom solutions using: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Salesforce Flows Platform Events Configure and extend nCino modules: Loan Origination Commercial Lending Customer Engagement Document Management Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable components. Create and support: Apex Classes Triggers Batch Apex Queueable Jobs Integrations Integration Development Design and implement integrations using: REST APIs SOAP Web Services Platform Events Middleware (Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) Develop inbound and outbound Salesforce integrations. Create source-to-target mappings and transformation logic. Support event-driven and batch processing patterns. Troubleshoot API, integration, and data consistency issues. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. 2+ years of hands-on nCino implementation/customization experience. Banking, commercial lending, loan origination, or financial services background. Experience delivering enterprise integration solutions. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
