Job title: Front Desk Agent – Summer 2026 Season Overview: Imagine a summer living beneath towering mountain peaks, venturing along world-class hiking trails, paddling iridescent turquoise waters, forming friendships that will last a lifetime, and providing extraordinary guest service at a mountain lodge like no other. Find all of this (and more!) as part of our team this summer at Cathedral Mountain Lodge. Our Mission: By always doing our best we dedicate ourselves to creating experiences that people are amazed by. Details: Fulltime, working up to 40 hrs. a week Hourly wage with an end of contract bonus Staff accommodation onsite, $10.00/day, includes all meals and laundry Start ASAP until October 2nd, 2026 Must be legally entitled to work in Canada prior to offer of employment Responsibilities: Our Front Desk Agent must have a strong focus on guest services and great multi-tasking skills. This role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to; answering phones and emails, taking reservations, selling rooms, guest service (concierge), bellhop, assisting the dining room, performing end of day accounting procedures (as needed) and following check-in /check-out procedures. We have no phones in our guest rooms, guests will speak with you directly for dinner reservations and ideas of how to make the most out of their Rocky Mountain Adventure! Qualifications: Min. 1 yr. front desk experience preferred Enrolled in a hospitality/tourism program, an asset Previous experience using Five Star Hotel Software, strong asset, Must be 100% guest service oriented, have excellent people skills with a positive and upbeat personality Outdoor enthusiast, a passion for hiking and exploring the Rocky Mountains Second language, an asset Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) Wage: $19/hour, plus end of contract bonus.

The Front Desk Agent manages guest arrivals and departures, handles reservations, and provides concierge services to enhance the guest experience. Additional duties include answering communications, performing end-of-day accounting, and assisting in the dining room.
Exigences
Candidates should ideally have one year of front desk experience and a guest-service oriented personality. Enrollment in a hospitality program and proficiency with Five Star Hotel Software are considered strong assets.
