What You'll Do? Inspect vehicle damage to determine the full extent of repairs Accurately estimate parts, labour, and materials Review and explain estimates to customers and insurance adjusters Secure approval for repairs and obtain necessary signatures Create work orders and update records in management systems Collaborate with technicians and suppliers to keep repairs moving efficiently Monitor repairs, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure all work meets quality standards Maintain body shop records and assist the Body Shop Manager with workflow What You Bring to the Team? Minimum 2 years’ experience in a collision repair or body shop environment A valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record (ability to drive a manual transmission is an asset) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills Ability to prioritize tasks and remain professional under pressure A collaborative attitude and self-driven work ethic Be part of a growing team that’s committed to quality repairs and exceptional service.
