$2,000 SIGNING BONUS!!! Position Summary: Seeking a driven and motivated HVAC Technician to join our service team focusing on commissioning, repairing, and maintaining our equipment. This position involves diagnosing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC and ventilation systems at different sites. Field Service Technicians should be comfortable working in outside conditions and using ladders. Position will involve extensive formalized training plus work under a mentor, developing skills and gaining an understanding of CaptiveAire products. Why Work for CaptiveAire? The jobs our team handles are high in volume and unique from one another and require interaction with customers and multi-department collaboration. Typical tasks include: Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment Repair, replace and trouble-shoot existing HVAC equipment Develop and maintain service schedule Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily Comments from some of our technicians: “The part of my job I love is that I came into CaptiveAire as an HVAC technician but due to our wide range of products I have become proficient in many other trades and fields.
