Nursing Manager

NURSE MANAGER NURSE MANAGER (RN) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to join our senior living leadership team. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing to support clinical operations, oversee quality resident care, mentor and support nursing staff, and help ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, is passionate about resident-centered care, and possesses excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include assisting with assessments, care planning, clinical documentation, staff training and development, quality assurance initiatives, and day-to-day nursing oversight. The Nursing Manager oversees the health care needs of clients and supervises unlicensed staff to ensure compliance with home care regulations. Key duties include conducting client assessments, managing medication administration, and providing ongoing staff training.

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (R.N.) licensed in the State of Minnesota with a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include three years of nursing leadership experience and experience working with older adults.
