Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Excellence, the Consultant, Sales Support works with Canada senior sales leaders to deliver Sales Quota and Sales Incentive Plan programs, while providing analytics and insights for the commercial organization. The Consultant, Sales Support applies deep commercial process knowledge alongside advanced analytics to develop, recommend, and communicate actionable insights that improve commercial effectiveness and drive business performance. This position will be hybrid, reporting to the Vaughan head office twice per week. For more information on what it is like to work for us, please watch our Cardinal Health - Wings Your Contributions To The Organization Will Be Sales Quota and Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Administration Design and administer sales quotas by developing budget‑aligned plans, aligning targets to Canadian commercial goals, allocating territory quotas, managing quota‑setting risks and assumptions, and distributing targets with enhanced performance‑to‑quota reporting Contribute to the design and administration of the sales compensation model by aligning quota setting with the Sales Incentive Plan, including plan rules, performance measures, rollout, individual payout tracking, and analysis of territory performance trends and variances Manage commercial awards, including setting award criteria with leadership, analyzing performance and identifying award winners. Analyze quota and compensation plan to provide insights on plan and identify areas of improvement Ensure commercial controls such as robust governance, processes, documentation and procedures are in place and effective Commercial Analytics and Insights Collaborate with commercial leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions that influence decisions Analyse complex commercial datasets to identify performance drivers, risks, trends, and opportunities Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc insights focused on productivity, execution effectiveness, and performance against plan Develop and maintain reporting solutions using visualization tools such as Tableau or Salesforce.com to enable faster decision-making Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and advanced analytics Partner with Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) and IT teams to support complex data requirements and ensure stable, reliable analytics solutions This Job Might Be For You If Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, with 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Insights, Business Intelligence, or similar analytical roles, preferred Strong commercial and financial acumen, including understanding of sales quotas, pipeline health, territory design, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance metrics Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving ability, with experience identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and translating data into actionable commercial insights Advanced data skills, including experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, BigQuery, Microsoft SQL Server) and strong SQL fluency for working with large, complex datasets Proven ability to design and deliver user‑friendly dashboards and analytical products using Tableau or similar visualization tools is an asset Experience in enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce.com is an asset Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.
