Responsibilities: Providing primary support to senior executives in the office of the CEO & CFO Preparation and processing of confidential material related to overall business plans, financial statements, organization changes, executive appointments, etc. Composing and processing correspondence Coordination and distribution of financial data for review by the Executive Team. Preparation of presentation materials Assistance in preparation of company's board materials Visa administration for staff including liaising with legal counsel Communications with bankers, advisors, board members Data room management for sale and purchase of companies Assisting other central services teams (e.g. finance, business improvements, strategic growth) Processing of expense reports, invoices Making meeting and travel arrangements Qualifications: Requires strong communication skills, both oral and written to act as a liaison with all contacts Requires at least 8 years experience working in a corporate environment resulting in familiarity with financial terms and processes Up to 8 years administrative experience at the executive level Experience working in a confidential capacity and exercising discretion Strong computer skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. SAP experience would be a definite asset Ability to prioritize multiple demands with minimal supervision Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize and execute A willingness to work hard and to meet demanding time schedules. This knowledge is considered to be normally acquired through the successful completion of a community college diploma in business administration or equivalent. This role requires the successful candidate to complete the security clearance process. The security clearance process is conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and may take up to 12 months to complete.
