Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer | Ontario (Remote/Hybrid) for top PI firm I'm conducting a search on behalf of a top Ontario plaintiff personal injury firm looking to add an experienced litigation lawyer to join their growing team. This is a full-carriage role for a lawyer who wants to own their files, move them with intention, and be rewarded for results. The Role You will manage a portfolio of 75-100 active plaintiff PI files from Statement of Claim through to mediation or trial. MVA, accident benefits, slip and fall, occupiers' liability, full spectrum. As your practice develops, you will take on catastrophic and complex injury files under the direct guidance of senior plaintiff litigators with deep trial and cat file experience. This firm litigates. They do not wait for the defence to set the pace. What Sets This Opportunity Apart Bogged down in admin at your current firm? You will have a dedicated team of paralegals, law clerks, and legal assistants supporting your files. Your job is to advocate and litigate. Theirs is to make sure you can. Stuck in a rigid office environment? Work fully remote from anywhere in Ontario, or use the Toronto or Ottawa office as much or as little as you want. The choice is yours. Not seeing enough file complexity or courtroom time? This firm handles the full range of plaintiff PI, including catastrophic injury files. You will have real mentorship from senior lawyers who have litigated at that level, and a clear path to getting there yourself. Hitting a ceiling on earnings? Compensation includes a base salary up to $140K plus uncapped participation in fees generated. There is no cap on what you can earn. What You Bring Minimum 3 years of direct plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience in Ontario LSO licensed and in good standing Comfortable running files independently from issuance through to mediation or trial Confident at discoveries, motions, and the mediation table Ready to work within a structured, metrics-driven environment Compensation and Benefits Base salary up to $140K plus uncapped fee participation with expected earnings of $250k Remote, hybrid, or in-office, your choice Unlimited vacation Pension matching Full health, dental, and disability coverage Interested?
