We have an outstanding opportunity for a Business Development Associate to support the Canadian Sales Director who directly manages Ontario in prospecting new business and group sales opportunities, supporting the sales process, and coordinating strategic account development. This is a full-time remote role. Salary Range: CA$ 61,420- CA$66,774 Physical Demands & Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions for this position. Hybrid work schedule: Primarily remote with a home office setup; periodic in-office presence as needed. Travel: Requires up to 30% travel throughout the year, including domestic and possibly international travel for meetings, conferences, and site visits. Occasional presence at trade shows or corporate events may require standing for extended periods and engaging in high-energy networking or presentations. What Your Day Looks Like Identify and develop new B2B/Group sales opportunities across Ontario. Research and identify prospective customers, organizations, and buying groups. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking. Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team. Support the development of new market segments and strategic partnerships. Maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, and opportunity records in Salesforce. Track pipeline activity, lead conversion, and sales performance metrics in Salesforce. Existing Ontario account base, ensuring timely follow-up & customer support. Prepare customer presentations, proposals, and sales materials. Coordinate product samples to customers and catalogues. Assist with pricing quotes to new customers. Coordinate follow-up activities after customer meetings.
