CareRx is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team in delivering safe and effective drug distribution services across multiple facilities. Role Accountabilities: * Assist the Staff Pharmacist with the preparation, packaging and distribution of patient prescriptions * Ensure that all prescriptions are complete and authentic * Gather and ensure completeness of all necessary information, * Confirm data entry accuracy in eMAR and Kroll * Confirm accuracy of pharmaceutical products and ensure final checks are completed for accuracy prior to their release * Ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining confidentiality, adhering to ethical standards, and contributing to a clean pharmacy environment * Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring to The Team: * Registered and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) * Knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy systems in a long-term care setting is a strong asset * Retail/Community/ Long Term Care Pharmacy experience strongly preferred * Demonstrated computer or work processing skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment See what one of our current Pharmacy Technicians has to say about working at CareRx “I love being a Pharmacy Technician at CareRx.
