Department: Sales Location: Beachville, ON Salary: $99,000 - $131,200 Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package that includes Health, Dental, Vision, and a full pension plan. Responsibilities: * Manage and develop new accounts, contracts, and supply agreements. * Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans to support the designated market segment and build strong customer relationships, as directed by Sales Manager. * Drives growth through: * Prospecting new customers * Keep the pipeline full at all times by ensuring that an active list of potential new prospects is compiled and constantly updated * Monitor and manage sales funnel * Addressing customer concerns in collaboration with other departments/functional areas * Responsible for engaging and introducing other Carmeuse functional groups to our customers in a manner of adding value for Carmeuse and the client * Build and maintain industry association relationships * Keep updated Key Account Plans, Key Prospect Plans, and maintain the Carmeuse database on all customers, potential customers, and competitors. * Conduct regular Carmeuse site visits to obtain operational feedback and gain a clear understanding of products and operational capabilities. * Work closely with the commercial team, operations, and supply chain on ensuring the product balance as it pertains to the area. * Oversee customer pricing, quotes, sales budget, sales forecasts, and reports for accounts through use of Carmeuse databases following policy, procedures and management guidelines. * Keep fully abreast of designated market: competing products, competitors, market pricing, competitor customers, and market volume. * Provide support to other Carmeuse team members at key customers and prospects when required * Coordinate closely with sales management and other sales representatives, the customer service team, and the functional solutions team to ensure effective implementation occurs across the organization. * Work closely with other internal stakeholders, identifying key opportunities to build and cultivate strong business relationships, and ensure we have a clear value proposition for all customers. * Work closely with marketing in developing new strategies / tactics to reach customer and overall Carmeuse business objectives. * Follow key trends and shifts in the non-ferrous market landscape. * Other responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager. * Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field * 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience * Business development experience in industrial manufacturing environment a plus * Ability to travel up to 60% of the time within USA & Canada * Paid holidays and vacation time * Comprehensive benefits plan inclusive of Health, Dental and Vision coverage * Defined Contribution Pension with company matching contribution * Optional RRSP contribution available if desired * Options to purchase additional life insurance (employee, spouse, and child) * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Tuition benefits including professional certifications * Well rounded company wellness plan with incentives * Company paid time off for volunteering Basic Requirements: * Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field * 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience * Business development experience in industrial manufacturing environment a plus * Ability to travel up to 60% of the time within USA & Canada Benefits & Compensation: * Paid holidays and vacation time * Comprehensive benefits plan inclusive of Health, Dental and Vision coverage * Defined Contribution Pension with company matching contribution * Optional RRSP contribution available if desired * Options to purchase additional life insurance (employee, spouse, and child) * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Tuition benefits including professional certifications * Well rounded company wellness plan with incentives * Company paid time off for volunteering READY TO JOIN A ROCK-SOLID FAMILY?
