Work Location: 6504 30 St SE, Calgary, AB T2C 1N4 Salary Range: Local 488 Union rates -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job responsibilities: * Ability to Perform skilled plumbing tasks in installing piping, fitting, tanks and valves in water systems and hot water systems, including mains and branches; and maintains and repairs plumbing, heating, ventilation, gas, fire protection, and site drainage. * Comprehension of plumbing system fundamentals, and design * Maintain a clean, organized van * Be available as the on-call technician one week on a regular rotation Requirements: * Positive attitude, flexible, and a team player * 3rd year - Journeyman Plumbing certification * Must be able to work in tight spaces * Clean driving record, and drivers abstract * Service experience would be an asset * Work with our Health and Safety team to promote safe work practices * Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment * Boiler experience, also an asset. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Health and Safety is a core paramount value of Carmichael Engineering.
