North York, Ontario, Canada (On-site) Cartel Inc. is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established North York law firm for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk. The successful candidate will work directly with one of the firm's lawyers, whose practice focuses on commercial acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing. This role is dedicated exclusively to handling complex commercial real estate transactions. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience as a real estate clerk managing commercial purchase, sale, and financing transactions. Proficiency with Teraview, Unity software, and PC Law. Must hold a Law Clerk Diploma. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage commercial real estate files independently and efficiently, including conducting and reviewing full title and off-title searches, drafting closing documents, and coordinating with corporate clients and lenders.
