Your Scope Includes Lead and sustain Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Production System (LPS) initiatives across the plant Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost performance Drive Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies including 5S, TPM, Standard Work, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and SMED Support operational teams in improving equipment effectiveness (OEE), process stability, and overall plant performance Manage improvement projects from planning through implementation, tracking progress, timelines, resources, and results Coach leaders, Line Centric Teams (LCTs), and employees on continuous improvement principles and problem-solving techniques Partner with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence, strengthen safety performance, and drive sustainable improvements What you bring You're a natural fit for Continuous Improvement Manager if you have: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Process Improvement Demonstrated leadership and project management experience within a manufacturing setting Strong analytical, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification is considered an asset A collaborative, results-oriented approach with strengths in change management, planning, and influencing others If you bring the same care to who you are as to what you do, we’d love to meet you!
