Your Day-to-day Load materials into production equipment and assist with machine setup according to established procedures. Verify work orders, material specifications, and product condition before production begins. Inspect product quality throughout production and promptly report defects or concerns to the Operator. Support Operators with machine operation and other production-related activities. Complete production records, maintenance requests, and required administrative reports accurately and on time. Perform basic equipment maintenance and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and regulatory requirements while completing other assigned duties as directed by the Shift Lead. Your strengths as a General Labourer You Are a Natural Fit For This Role If High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred. Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labour work is an asset. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Able to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work throughout the shift. Able to work safely, follow instructions, and work well as part of a team.
