Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Inside Sales Representative to work at our Saskatoon branch. Responsibilities Full cycle customer service, including receiving and accurately processing orders Answering questions and following up with customers Analyze and resolve customer complaints Assisting in developing project bids Creating and maintaining customer records Developing new and existing relationships with clients Other duties as assigned Requirements A post-secondary degree is preferred A good instinct for sales and building relationships with customers Driven and results-oriented Highly organized with a solid ability to track, manage, and follow through on details Preference will be given to candidates with prior sales experience Familiarity with office organization and environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, Effective use of technology Work independently and as a team player with solid self-motivation Keen sense of confidentiality, Integrity, and professionalism Superior work ethic with attention to detail; diligent, organized, and resourceful Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Joining Cascadia Metals Means Being Part Of a Thriving And Expanding Organization That Values Its Employees.
