Assembly Associate (Afternoon Shift)

Shift Afternoon Shift, Monday to Thursday – 2:15 pm to 12:45 am. Competitive wages. (plus $1.00 for afternoon shift) Skills And Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing organization. Experience working with manufacturing tools & equipment. Check production documents for details and instructions. Locate the correct components on upright carts. Check component measurements against production documents. Inspect the quality of components and report deficiencies. Assemble frames and sashes per production documents and SOPs. Store frames on the sash in an appropriate location. Physically able to lift weights, stand, bend, etc. Must have reliable transportation, as transit service is not available to the Gloucester Estates area. Safety footwear is required. About The Job Based in our factory in Gloucester Estates, Langley, the Assembly (PM SHIFT) is responsible for manufacturing Cascadia’s award-winning windows and doors. Experience in window production or other manufacturing is required, but our onboarding and training program can bring interested applicants up to speed quickly. The Assembly Associate is responsible for manufacturing high-performance windows and doors by assembling frames and sashes according to production documents and SOPs. This includes inspecting component quality, verifying measurements, and storing finished products in appropriate locations.

Candidates must have experience in manufacturing or window production and be physically capable of lifting, standing, and bending. Reliable transportation to the Gloucester Estates area and safety footwear are required.
