Lead Business Systems Analyst – Wealth Labs (Wealth Technology Transformation) Overview: We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join the Wealth Labs Programme, a strategic Wealth Technology transformation focused on creating a unified advisor experience across multiple wealth platforms, applications, and data sources. The programme will centralise fragmented workflows into a single digital workspace and introduce AI-powered capabilities that enable advisors to access information, navigate systems, and perform key tasks from one location. This role sits within a small, cross-functional delivery team and will act as the bridge between business, product, data, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to define the future-state wealth platform and advisor experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead business analysis activities across a large-scale Wealth Technology transformation. Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, system, integration, and data requirements. Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews across business and technology teams. Map current-state and future-state business processes. Analyse complex application landscapes, system dependencies, integrations, and data flows. Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimisation. Define AI-enabled user journeys, workflows, and business capabilities. Produce high-quality functional specifications and delivery documentation. Support roadmap planning, prioritisation, and implementation activities. Provide leadership and structure in ambiguous environments, helping drive decisions and align stakeholders. Required Experience: 10+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within Wealth Management. Deep understanding of the Private Wealth / High-Net-Worth (HNW) domain. Strong knowledge of: Advisor platforms and desktop applications Portfolio management and managed accounts Wealth operations and client servicing Wealth products and wealth data ecosystems CRM, trading, and portfolio management systems Proven experience supporting platform modernisation, digital transformation, or enterprise change programmes. Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, data analysis, and documentation skills. Ability to identify and explain system integrations, data sources, and end-to-end data flows. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Wealth Platforms & Technology - Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable: Wealth360 Broadridge FIS Investor's Edge Book of Record (BoR) platforms AI & Data Experience: Agentic AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-enabled user experiences. Defining requirements for AI-assisted workflows and productivity solutions. Data mapping, data analysis, and modern data platforms. Experience using tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar AI solutions to support analysis and documentation. Understanding of AI governance, operationalisation, and responsible AI principles. Contract Details: Initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential. Senior/Lead-level engagement. Hybrid, stakeholder-facing role within a major Wealth Technology transformation programme.
