About The Role The Retail Convenor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Uniform Shop. While primarily based in the Uniform Shop, this role also provides support to the Tuckshop Convenor as required. The role encompasses all aspects of managing a retail outlet, including ordering and receiving stock, maintaining efficient storage and stock security, serving customers, liaising with suppliers, processing sales transactions, conducting regular stocktakes, training and supervising retail staff, and responding to customer enquiries. The successful applicant will possess a friendly and approachable manner, excellent customer service skills, strong organisational abilities, and a willingness to learn and contribute as part of our supportive and friendly team.
