This position would begin on September 1, 2026. The ideal candidate will be Certified and able to work collaboratively with the classroom Teachers and Learning Support team. In addition, willingness to participate in professional learning opportunities and knowledge of supports for students with characteristics of ASD, are considered assets. Participation in the many extra-curricular activities offered by the school, for example, the ability to coach or assist with a club is important to our mission statement. The Educational Assistant will work collaboratively with classroom teachers and the Learning Support team. Participation in extra-curricular activities and supporting students with characteristics of ASD are important aspects of the role.
