En tant que leader de notre clinique Pointe-Claire, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la qualité des soins offerts, l’expérience client, le développement de l’équipe et la performance globale de la clinique. Relevant du Directeur des opérations, vous agirez comme pilier clinique, gestionnaire inspirant et ambassadeur de la marque Concordia Physio Sport au sein de la communauté. Lead the Pointe-Claire clinic by overseeing clinical quality, customer experience, and overall operational performance. Supervise and develop an interdisciplinary team while maintaining strategic relationships with the community and physicians.

Must be a registered physiotherapist in good standing with at least 2 years of management experience. Proficiency in French and strong skills in coaching and performance management are required.
