Our Total Rewards offerings include: * Reward and recognition programs, including earned-wage access through our partnership with ZayZoon * Comprehensive Benefit and Retirement packages * Employee discount and perk offerings with various partnerships, including Perkopolis, Telus, Rogers, Goodlife, etc. * Employee Assistance Program * Training and development with opportunities to grow your career What you will do: * Supervise and provide direction to staff * Assist in ensuring that Direct Support Staff are scheduled inthe homes in accordance wth the funding guidelines. * Collaborate with Clinical, Operations Managers and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst where applicable to develop monthly activity recreational plan. * Collaborate with the Clinical team to ensure follow through on contracted services, including the Individual Support Plan (ISP)/ Plan of Care (POC), and Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) protocols. * Assist in ensures adherence to policies and procedures What you will need to be successful: Required Qualifications: * Minimum 2 year of experience in a supervisor or leadership role in a service-focused organization * Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with clients with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis * Demonstrated patient-centered focus with a commitment to providing quality care. Preferred Qualifications: * Secondary Education or certification in Health, Business, Health Administration, or related field * Strong knowledge of the health care system, and experience in home and community care Recruitment Technology Disclosure: We use technology and automation to support administrative aspects of our recruitment process. Exigences
Candidates must have at least two years of leadership experience and three years of experience working with clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities. A secondary education or certification in health, business, or a related field is preferred.
