Account Manager (for Nikihk Brand) Location: Saskatoon Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission + Expense Allowance Nîkihk Enviroway Ventures LP—owned by BATC Investments LP and Enviroway Detergent Manufacturing Inc. introduced nîkihk, an Indigenous-inspired, eco-conscious brand rooted in community, culture, and sustainability few years ago. Nikihk products were inspired by Plains Cree culture to offer plant-based, non-toxic, and biodegradable household and laundry products with naturally pleasing scents. Every product reflects a commitment to environmental stewardship, community wellness, and Indigenous economic development. We are now seeking a passionate and well-connected Account Manager to help expand access to Nîkihk products across retail stores, indigenous communities and organization. This opportunity is designed for a motivated Indigenous professional who understands the importance of trust, relationships, and community engagement. With strong earning potential, this role offers both purpose and competitive base salary and commission. Key Responsibilities Present and promote nîkihk products within indigenous and non- indigenous communities Identify opportunities for: Bulk purchasing Community supply programs Long-term partnerships Act as a trusted liaison between nîkihk and community stakeholders Attend community meetings, events, and gatherings as needed Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. Drive sales growth by presenting our products and services effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support. Key Qualifications Proven success in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes. Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to close deals Ability to turn cold calls into qualified leads and long-term customers Comfortable engaging with leadership, elders, and administrators Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven Passionate about: Indigenous economic development Community wellness Supporting Indigenous-owned and sustainable brands Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
