Team members work in a highly regulated environment where accuracy, integrity, and customer care are key to success. Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales Executive role. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct outreach to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and wholesalers, and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts. Responsibilities include presenting product offerings, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and orders. The role involves collaborating with operations, regulatory, and customer service teams to support compliant, efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and contribute to sales strategies that align with CCG Pharma’s growth objectives. Qualifications Proven sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage diverse healthcare clients. Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical products sector; knowledge of wholesale distribution is an asset. Ability to manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple accounts and tasks. Comfort with CRM systems, Microsoft excel, inventory software systems, and basic data analysis for sales reporting and forecasting. High attention to detail and commitment to compliance, quality standards, and ethical business practices. Post-secondary education in business, life sciences, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Valid work authorization in Canada and willingness to travel locally for client visits as needed.
