Job Details This role is in support of Cencora’s patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Where a team member's role is governed by an employment agreement, local terms and conditions, prior job description or collective bargaining agreement, those documents shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail. Responsibilities: Supervises execution of assigned projects within a defined program delivery model to maintain reliable outcomes. Coordinates task assignments, schedules, and handoffs across daily operations to sustain consistent workflow throughput. Monitors protocol adherence, documentation quality, and system data accuracy to support compliant execution. Prepares status reporting and stakeholder communications to track progress against milestones and deliverables. Identifies training needs and delivers refresher enablement to reduce recurring errors and rework. Escalates risks, issues, and dependency conflicts with recommended corrective actions to protect timelines and outcomes. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field required. Less than 2 years of experience in a management capacity preferred. Certifications: Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma etc.), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certification preferred. Skills & Knowledge: Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen with advanced analytical skills. Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Stays organized, detail-oriented, and consistently meets deadlines while multitasking. Solves problems efficiently and adapts quickly to change. Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
