Working as a trusted partner, you’ll collaborate with clients and internal delivery teams to turn business needs into effective, high-impact software implementations. You’ll bring hands-on experience within a financial institution and a strong understanding of payment systems. What you’ll be doing: Client & Project Delivery Work directly with clients to support implementations from kickoff through launch, independently or as part of a project team. Manage multiple projects or client initiatives at the same time. Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear updates on progress, timelines, and budgets. Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery. Discovery, Requirements & Documentation Lead or participate in discovery sessions to understand client needs and business requirements. Create Statements of Work (SOWs), requirements documentation, impact analyses, and change orders as needed. Define and support product vision for complex, high-impact implementations. Develop, update, and maintain implementation and user guides. Technical & Engineering Collaboration Partner closely with engineering teams by clarifying requirements, answering questions, and validating solutions as they are developed. Translate business and client needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering execution. Testing, Deployment & Launch Coordinate functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Manage deployments to QA environments and support clients through UAT and go-live activities. Create launch plans and coordinate all launch-related activities. Financial & Operational Management Track projects through each phase of the lifecycle using internal tools and systems. Review and ensure accuracy of project timesheets across multiple teams. Prepare monthly billing to reflect revenue earned for active initiatives. Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure work stays within scope. Team Leadership & Collaboration Coordinate and guide Implementation Analysts on larger or more complex projects. Share implementation knowledge, best practices, and product expertise with team members. Collaborate with the Client Development team to support strong, long-term client relationships. Post-Implementation Support Provide post-launch support to clients and internal teams as needed. Close out projects upon completion, including final billing and documentation. What you’ll have: 5+ years relevant experience and 3+ years consulting and/or project management experience. Hands-on experience and a strong understanding of payment systems within a financial institution environment. Financial Services background is preferred, especially in digital, online banking platforms technology services. Business analysis and Project Management work experience required. CBAP or PMP designation is an asset. A university degree in computer science, business, or other related discipline with an IT focus. Able to build and maintain strong client relationships. Works collaboratively and contributes in a team environment. Able to prioritize and work to schedules Adapts and responds to changing priorities and business needs. Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, organizational and time management skills. Communicates effectively orally and in writing, with clients, technical teams and co-workers. Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines in a team environment. Salary range: $70,000-$90,000 The salary represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
