Our Taylor Drive Gas Bar is the perfect place for you! We're currently seeking a casual Gas Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team. CAC is participating in the Alberta Youth Incentive Program which supports hiring youth from the ages 15 to 24. Position: Gas Bar Attendant Casual: Less than 24 hours per week Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service Perform windshield cleaning and check oil/fluid levels Process fuel and merchandise payments efficiently Receive, unpack, and display merchandise with care Maintain a clean and safe work environment Dispense fuel and propane with precision – applicable locations Perform car wash cleaning duties as needed – applicable locations Support marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 16 years old (as per government regulations for dispensing fuel and propane) Strong communication and customer service skills Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required Previous experience in fuel dispensing is an asset; training available Total Rewards At Central Alberta Co-op, we value our team members and are committed to their well-being and success. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in cash handling or fuel dispensing is preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
