Job Description Join Our Team at Taylor Drive Gas Bar! Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our Taylor Drive Gas Bar is the perfect place for you! We're currently seeking a casual Gas Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team. CAC is participating in the Alberta Youth Incentive Program which supports hiring youth from the ages 15 to 24. Position: Gas Bar Attendant Casual: Less than 24 hours per week Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service Perform windshield cleaning and check oil/fluid levels Process fuel and merchandise payments efficiently Receive, unpack, and display merchandise with care Maintain a clean and safe work environment Dispense fuel and propane with precision – applicable locations Perform car wash cleaning duties as needed – applicable locations Support marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 16 years old (as per government regulations for dispensing fuel and propane) Strong communication and customer service skills Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required Previous experience in fuel dispensing is an asset; training available Total Rewards At Central Alberta Co-op, we value our team members and are committed to their well-being and success.
