Job Description Join Our Team at Innisfail & Spruce View Gas Bars! Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're currently seeking a full-time Gas Bar Attendant (Floater) to join our dynamic team at our Innisfail & Spruce View Gas Bars. This is a floater position based out of the Innisfail Gas Bar and will involve working at the Spruce View Gas Bar as required. Position: Gas Bar Attendant (Floater) Full-time: 40 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider. Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service Perform windshield cleaning and check oil/fluid levels Process fuel and merchandise payments efficiently Receive, unpack, and display merchandise with care Maintain a clean and safe work environment Dispense fuel and propane with precision – applicable locations Perform car wash cleaning duties as needed – applicable locations Support marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 16 years old (as per government regulations for dispensing fuel and propane) Strong communication and customer service skills Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required Previous experience in fuel dispensing is an asset; training available As this position will be providing assistant to other Central Alberta Co-op gas bar locations, reliable transportation is an asset Total Rewards At Central Alberta Co-op, we value our team members and are committed to their well-being and success.
