*Overview* We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations. This role is vital in maintaining a safe environment and protecting company assets through proactive surveillance and loss prevention measures. *Responsibilities* * Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized access and trespassing * Enforce security protocols and access control procedures for employees and visitors * Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical or safety concerns * Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches * Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify potential hazards or security vulnerabilities * Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary * Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing and deterring theft or misconduct *Qualifications* * Prior experience in security or related fields is preferred * Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail * Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations * Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe environment while developing valuable skills in security operations.
