What You’ll Do As a Dishwasher, you’ll be an important part of keeping our kitchen running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You’ll: * Keep it clean: Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment, making sure everything is clean, sanitized, and ready for service. * Keep things organized: Maintain a clean and organized dish area and help keep kitchen and storage areas tidy. * Champion safety: Use cleaning products and equipment properly, wear required safety gear, and report any hazards or maintenance concerns. * Be part of the team: Support kitchen and food & beverage staff with prep work, restocking, and other tasks as needed. * Stay ready to help: Empty garbage, break down boxes, clean walk-in coolers, assist with deliveries, and jump in wherever you’re needed. * Keep up the pace: Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining our standards for cleanliness and food safety. What You Bring * Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen, restaurant, hospitality, or similar environment is an asset. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed. * The ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment. * Good communication skills in English. * High school diploma or equivalent experience is an asset. * WHMIS and Food Safe certification, or willingness to obtain. * Reliable transportation to Century Downs Racetrack and Casino in Rocky View County. * Ability to successfully complete a background check.
