Position Description This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office (downtown) at a minimum 4 days per week subject to change at any time. Your future duties and responsibilities Act with a product owner mindset when it comes to requirements: defining, updating, and clarifying requirements as required with business, operational and technical partners Actively engage with solution architects and developer leads to take forward the requirements to design pipeline Co-operatively with the scum master and product owner to manage project risks, assumptions, and constraints Actively work with quality engineering lead in defining user story test scenarios and E2E testing scope Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using enterprise standard requirements methodology Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise and payment requirement standards Apply advanced coverage analysis techniques to ensure traceability between scope, detailed requirements, and testing through to implementation Provide guidance and support to build the capabilities of less senior BAs Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Must Have skills: Hands on experience in driving initiatives end to end across the payments ecosystem and integration partners, including systems understanding and data mapping. Strong understanding of event driven architecture. Experience defining and documenting REST APIs and MQ based services, with familiarity in JSON and XML message formats. Experience working with ISO 20022 payment messaging standards. Good understanding of cross border payments. Knowledge of payment reconciliation and settlement processes. Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements, creating functional specifications, and collaborating with business and technology teams. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and Agile delivery experience. CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000–$130,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
