Team members contribute directly to delivering peace of mind to customers by ensuring vehicles arrive securely and on schedule. Role Description The Office Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, supporting daily administrative and clerical operations of the office. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining organized paper and electronic filing systems. The role involves preparing basic documents, forms, updating records and databases, and assisting with scheduling, data entry, and logistics-related paperwork. The General Office Clerk also supports the coordination of transportation-related documentation, and collaborates with team members to ensure smooth office workflow and responsive customer service. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong phone etiquette skills, including professional call handling and message-taking. Candidates should possess administrative assistance abilities, such as scheduling, filing, and document preparation. Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal staff. Candidates should possess proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets). Candidates should possess clerical skills, including data entry, record keeping, and attention to detail. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior office or transportation/logistics experience, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work reliably in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read and write in English; French language skills are an asset in the Montreal office environment.
