Education: Expérience: Education No degree, certificate or diploma Work setting Various locations Tasks Perform brake adjustments Perform emergency roadside repairs Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Perform preventive maintenance Receive and relay information to central dispatch Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Driver's License (Class 3 or D) Documentation knowledge Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip) Type of trucking and equipment Tow truck Transportation/travel information Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities Physically demanding Repetitive tasks Weight handling Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Own tools/equipment Steel-toed safety boots Experience No experience (will train) Support for newcomers and refugees Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees Support for youths Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth Support for Indigenous people Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Durée de l'emploi: Permanent Langue de travail: Anglais Heures de travail: 40 to 50 hours per week
