What You'll Do As our Assistant Store Manager, you will: Lead by example and consistently deliver outstanding sales results. Coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Create an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and professional bra fittings. Support the Store Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and store performance. Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members. Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the CHANGE brand. Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention standards are followed. Analyze store performance and contribute ideas to achieve sales and KPI goals. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has: At least 2 years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Key Holder, Team Lead, or similar role). A proven ability to achieve sales targets and coach others to success. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced retail environment. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and promotional events.
