We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Oakville boutique. What You'll Do As our Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of store operations while inspiring your team to achieve exceptional sales results and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team through ongoing feedback and performance management. Drive sales, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Create an exceptional in-store customer experience through personalized styling and professional bra fittings. Recruit, train, onboard, and retain top talent. Schedule and manage payroll while ensuring efficient store operations. Execute visual merchandising according to CHANGE Lingerie standards. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture. Lead by example by actively participating in daily sales activities and customer service.
