What We're Looking For We're looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individual who enjoys building meaningful relationships with customers and delivering an outstanding shopping experience. The ideal candidate: Has retail sales experience, preferably in a goal-driven environment with a strong focus on KPIs and sales performance; Is proactive, self-motivated, and confident in building customer relationships; Enjoys providing personalized recommendations and styling solutions; Demonstrates professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills; Is motivated to contribute to the overall success of the store. Availability Requirements Approximately 5 to 25 hours per week; Availability on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays is essential, as these are our primary business needs; Additional hours may be available during the summer, the holiday season, and to provide shift coverage when required. Your Responsibilities As a Personal Shopper, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming every customer with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care; Providing personalized bra fittings and expert product recommendations; Building customer relationships and identifying opportunities for additional sales; Achieving and exceeding individual sales goals while contributing to the store's overall performance; Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining CHANGE's brand standards; Receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise; Helping maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring boutique environment.
