At A Glance We are looking for a Motorola National Wireless Dealer Lead that will build and grow high-trust relationships with dealer management teams while driving sales results across an assigned dealer network. You'll be the face of Motorola in the channel — someone dealers want to meet with, not just have to. You'll create and maintain a contact matrix for your assigned dealers, and use those relationships to educate, advocate for, and persuade partners to recommend Motorola handsets over competitors, directly driving sell-through and revenue growth. This is a hybrid role working out of our Markham, ON office 3+ days per week. Minimum Pay CAD $70,000.00/Yr. Maximum Pay CAD $80,000.00/Yr. Additional Compensation Up to $20,000 in bonus compensation What We Offer Weekly competitive pay Health and wellness benefits plans Paid time off and holidays Paid training, drive time, and mileage between store locations Technology reimbursement Referral bonus Opportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employees What You'll Do Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with mid to upper-level dealer field management — you're a familiar, reliable presence in your territory, not a once-a-quarter visitor Meet with higher-level market contacts to conduct, propose, and negotiate product trainings and facilitate larger training opportunities for their teams Actively drive sales results within your dealer network — championing Motorola devices, tracking sell-through performance, and identifying opportunities to grow volume with each account Work with the client contact to help drive product initiatives Develop, oversee, and attend special events (launches, kick-off meetings, trade shows) — bringing energy and enthusiasm that gets dealer teams excited about the brand Drive district and region-wide webinar training attendance and support Provide reports detailing trends and competition within the carrier's channels What You'll Bring Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business administration is preferred or equivalent experience 1+ years of training experience regarding selling technical devices or products 3+ years of wireless service and device sales experience 1+ years of experience working with carrier locations Skills and Attributes: A genuine passion for the wireless industry and a natural enthusiasm for Motorola's products — you love talking tech and get others excited about it too Strong relationship-building instincts — you build rapport quickly and turn dealer contacts into long-term champions of the brand Charismatic, engaging presentation style that energizes a room, whether it's a one-on-one dealer meeting or a large training event A competitive, sales-driven mindset with a track record of turning relationships into results Demonstrated strength in presentation, communication, training, and interpersonal skills A strong knowledge of wireless technologies, data devices, and data solutions is required Proficiency in sales methodologies and value propositions is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
