We are looking for a part time Beauty Sales Consultant for our Crossroads location, in Winnipeg, Manitoba! What You’ll Do Deliver personalized beauty consultations and recommend products tailored to each customer’s needs Create welcoming, memorable experiences that keep customers coming back Share your passion for hair and beauty by educating customers on products, routines, and trends Support sales goals by confidently promoting products, services, and new launches Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised sales floor Support daily salon operations, including bookings, merchandising, and teamwork across the store Step in where needed to support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Have fun while delivering consistent, 5-star customer service Who You Are You align with our corporate values: Start with the Power of You: You’re confident, positive, and motivated to succeed. Requires at least one year of retail or beauty sales experience and a strong passion for the beauty industry. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexible availability.
