We are searching for a Licensed Esthetician for our Polo Park, Winnipeg Retail Salon! What You’ll Do * Deliver professional esthetic services that leave clients feeling confident, relaxed, and cared for * Create personalized experiences by understanding each client’s needs and beauty goals * Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits through exceptional service * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space that meets Chatters’ standards * Recommend products and services that support guest results and self-care routines * Collaborate with the salon team to create a positive, high-energy environment * Lead with professionalism while ensuring each client experience feels warm and engaging Who You Are You align with our corporate values: * Start with the Power of You: You’re confident, creative, and take pride in your work. Exigences

Must hold an active provincial license as a Licensed Esthetician. While one year of experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply provided they have strong communication skills and flexible availability.
