WHAT YOU’LL DO * Assist our team in applying foam/dacron/low melt on various upholstered furniture pieces * Assist with applying the specific fabric/leather on headboards, bed rails, wall panels, cushions, etc. * Occasionally custom upholstered units are required. This requires preparing patterns and more detailed upholstery knowledge. * Help maintain an organized and tidy workspace to ensure smooth processes and enable your team to produce the best quality products * Collaborate with other team members to ensure production requirements are met safely and efficiently WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Understanding of fabric/leathers in the upholstery process * Knowledge of various upholstery techniques, from simple panel wrapping to ability to upholster chairs/couches etc. * Skills in CNC fabric cutting/sewing machines an asset though not required. * A keen attention to detail * A self-motivated desire to produce valuable work * An enthusiastic personality * A collaborative and creative nature * An attitude that is hardworking and eager to learn * A passion for the core values that are the foundation of our company * A commitment to punctuality and dependability * BONUS: 2+ years general wood working or upholstery experience

The upholsterer will assist in applying foam, dacron, and fabrics or leather to various furniture pieces such as headboards and cushions. They are also responsible for maintaining an organized workspace and collaborating with the team to meet production requirements efficiently.

Candidates should have a solid understanding of upholstery techniques and materials, including fabric and leather handling. A minimum of two years of experience in woodworking or upholstery is preferred, along with a keen attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
