*Job Summary* Join our dynamic dental team as a Certified Dental Assistant and become a vital part of delivering exceptional oral healthcare! In this energetic role, you will assist dentists during procedures, ensure patient comfort, and manage essential clinical tasks with precision and enthusiasm. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive setting while making a positive impact on patients' smiles every day. *Duties* * Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up dental tools for various procedures * Assist dentists during exams, cleanings, orthodontic adjustments, and other treatments with professionalism and efficiency * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times * Manage patient records using dental software such as Cleardent , documenting treatment details accurately * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive measures tailored to pediatric needs * Support the clinical team with inventory management, sterilization protocols, and maintaining compliance with health standards *Skills* * Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse patient populations including pediatrics * Sedation certificate (CDAAC) is an asset but not necessary and we are willing to train the right applicant. * Cleardent knowledge is helpful. * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming smiles!
