Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service, keeping communication open during busy shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it’s fully stocked and operational throughout your shift. Stay up-to-date with our beverage menu and any daily specials, recommending drinks that align with guest preferences. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal regulations. Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly. Assist in creating new drink specials or cocktail ideas in collaboration with the bar team and management. What You Bring 1+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred. Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with guests. A guest-focused mindset and passion for creating exceptional experiences. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Calm under pressure with quick problem-solving skills.
