Registered Massage Therapists joining the team will be part of a multidisciplinary environment focused on comprehensive, client-centered care. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role based in Halifax, NS. The RMT will provide therapeutic massage treatments to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and documentation of care. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client intake, performing appropriate massage techniques, and tailoring treatments to individual needs and goals. The role involves collaborating with other health professionals within the clinic, educating clients on stress management and preventive care strategies, and maintaining a clean, safe treatment environment. The RMT will also contribute to an excellent client experience through professional communication, respectful care, and participation in clinic initiatives. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques and body massage. Experience or training in specialized modalities such as Shiatsu. Ability to support clients with stress management through massage and related wellness strategies. Strong customer service skills and a client-centered approach to care. Completion of a recognized Massage Therapy program and eligibility for registration/licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in Nova Scotia. Current professional liability insurance and adherence to ethical and professional standards. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to manage a full-time caseload, maintain accurate clinical records, and use clinic booking/documentation systems.

The RMT will provide therapeutic massage treatments, including client assessment, treatment planning, and documentation of care. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care and educate patients on preventive wellness strategies.

Candidates must complete a recognized Massage Therapy program and be eligible for licensure as an RMT in Nova Scotia. Professional liability insurance and proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques are required.
